RECORDING STUDIO

Sessions are up to 8H and usually run from 10AM until 7PM (lunch break included) but we can also start at 12PM and end by 8PM with only a few short breaks during the session.
Resting properly between sessions is key to keep creativity going however, if still productive, sessions can be extended, within reason, for an additional hourly charge.
The clock starts at the time the session is scheduled to begin. Load-in, studio setup and breaks are included in the session time. Load-out can take place after the session ends. -
Backline assembly is done at the beginning of each session but we usually start preparing standard stuff like cables, stands and monitoring before the session starts.
Setting up instruments, mic placement or choosing which recording techniques to use, are some of the most important aspects of a recording session.
They are an essential part of a production and the first thing we do at the beginning of a session, to start crafting sounds for a particular song or style of record.
Exceptionally, the backline load-in may occur before the day of the session. Let us know in advance and if possible, we’ll try to accommodate these requests. -
This really depends on what you’re recording and your experience in a studio setting but it’s always a good idea to discuss your project with us prior to recording.
Short sessions (2H minimum) are great for quick edits, mix revisions or other small tasks that do not require setup time for tracking.Half day bookings (4H) give you enough time to track single vocals, do some light overdubs, or short production work. Sessions shorter than a full day must begin at 10AM.
Full day bookings are where most serious recording happens, especially when drums, amps, multiple performers, or detailed setups are involved.
Project rates are also available for EPs, Albums, or multi-day bookings. Get in touch to learn more about our special package deals.
PRODUCTION / REHEARSAL ROOMS

— Don't forget to leave in time for the next band to come in. Turn off all equipment (Amps + PA & Mixer) when you leave.
— No eating and drinking allowed inside the rooms (except for bottled water). Use the hallway or porch if needed. Smoking outside is ok but plants and vases are not ashtrays.
— Take your trash on the way out and leave the room as you found it. Don’t put any type of objects leaning against the walls or corner bass-traps.
— PA ON/OFF sequence: To play, turn the mixer ON first (fader at 0) and only then the speakers. Before leaving, turn the speakers OFF first and then the mixer.
— You are responsible for any damage caused during your booking. Any associated costs will be charged to you.
— You're in a residential area. Be aware of excessive noise outside after 10 pm, especially in the car park. -
If you mean asking a friend to shoot a few clips for social media on your cell phone camera during a rehearsal you booked, sure, you can do that, no problem.

— Cancellation up to 7 days before booking has no penalty. Full refund issued automatically.
— Cancellation less than 7 days before booking, will not be refunded. Full credit (valid for 45days) will be issued for rescheduling at a later date.
— Cancellation less than 72H before booking will not be refunded. A 25% discount voucher (valid for 45days) will be issued for rescheduling at a later date.
— Cancellation less than 24H before booking will not be refunded and no credit will be issued.
NOTE: Sometimes life and other unplanned stuff happens but we're glad to help within reason. Should that be the case, call 965054641 to sort things out.

MICROPHONES:
Microphones are extras. For rehearsals, it is common practice for vocalists to bring their own microphone however……you do have the option to rent extra mics during checkout. Just add them to your cart before you finish booking.
CYMBALS AND DRUMSTICKS:
For rehearsals, it is common practice for drummers to bring their own cymbals and drumsticks however……you do have the option to rent a “Cymbal KIT” during checkout. Just add it to your cart before you finish booking. You still need to bring your own drumsticks!

LOCKOUTS are a temporary rental of our production rooms, for a consecutive period of time, measured in days.
This type of rental was primarily thought out for TOURING BANDS and FREELANCE PRODUCERS or SELF-PRODUCED DIY BANDS.TOURING ARTISTS & BANDS → You can book a room for a few days, a week or longer, to prepare your next tour or put a new project together. Avoid the hassle of carrying stuff around all the time and having to setup & breakdown multiple times. Work in any schedule you like, everyday from 10am-24pm, while your booking lasts.
FREELANCE PRODUCERS & DIY SELF-PRODUCED BANDS → We set out to create top quality rooms that you won’t find elsewhere. Our room-within-a-room spaces were built from the ground up with top notch isolation, bespoke acoustic treatment and offer very well balanced acoustics for great sounding recordings of clients or your band’s production work.

Yes. We have a selection of gear that you can use during LOCKOUTS but also for LESSONS and REHEARSALS.
For rehearsals you can choose any piece of gear that’s already listed on the checkout page under EXTRAS and add it to the cart before you finish booking.
For production work while in lockout, you can also rent a handful of quality equipment but make sure to check for gear availability at the time of booking.MICROPHONES + PREAMPS + INSTRUMENTS + AMPLIFIERS → Hourly, daily and weekly rates available for each piece of equipment.
If you intend to use a specific piece of gear, check its availability first. It may be in use in our RECORDING STUDIO, on a service OFF-SITE or out for MAINTENANCE.

— The WEEKDAY rate is used MON-FRI to calculate the total lockout rate, according to the number of days you book
— The WEEKEND rate is for a 1-day lockout on a Saturday or Sunday; 2-day weekend (SAT & SUN) lockouts. and lockouts under 4 days starting on a THURSDAY or FRIDAY.
— For bookings over 3 consecutive days, even if they run through the weekend, the final rate is: WEEKDAY fee X DAYS of booking = LOCKOUT rate
— If you need additional time, you can add more days at the WEEKDAY rate. The final day of lockout is always charged at the EXTRA DAY rate.
— Any UNPLANNED EXTENSIONS are always subject to room availability, as other clients can still book their activities for that room, outside your lockout period reservation.
It’s usually best to avoid extensions altogether, by including all the days you need, at the time of booking but anytime availability allows for it, we’re happy to extend your lockout.
— PAYMENT: Full non-refundable payment must be made at the time of booking. -
— VOUCHERS are a pack of 16, 24, 32 Hours that can be used MON-FRI in their respective rooms and schedules. MIXED VOUCHERS are also available.
— There are 2 type of VOUCHERS → OFF-PEAK (even/odd hours, MON-FRI from 10AM-18PM) and STANDARD (even hours only, MON-FRI from 18PM-02AM).
— VALIDITY after purchase is as follows → 16H VOUCHERS = 3 months / 24H = 5 months / 32H = 6 months
— PAYMENT: Full non-refundable payment must be made at the time of purchase. Vouchers are non-transferable.
HUB

The HUB is an awesome 200sqm multi-purpose space, with natural light. You can rent out this space for all sorts of activities and events.
It’s a flexible space, easily adaptable to many different activities like Theatre & Dance Companies (Play Rehearsals/ Pre-Openings), Listening Parties & Album Releases, Live Music Sessions, Photo & Video Shoots, Podcasts Production, Independent Documentary & Film Screenings, Music/ Photo/ Video Workshops, Book Presentations & Literary Gatherings, Dance Events/Lessons, Yoga Classes, Installation Art, Painting/ Photography/ Sculpture Exhibits, Pop-Up/Vintage Market, Private Social Events, Team Building Activities, Audio/Photo/Video product presentation, etc…
We’ve only just opened our new HQ to the public (FEV 2026) but we already had band Photoshoots, filming for a vídeoclip and we’ve got a few more activities on the pipeline.

You sure can. It’s a big and flexible space with roughly 200sqm, that you can easily adapt in order to create different SETS for shooting all sorts of video content.
You can film Live Music Sessions, Music Videos, Podcasts (in both table or couch formats), Interviews or even Promotional Videos for Live Function Bands or new products.
You can rent out the space and bring in your own crew and equipment or alternatively, you can hire our VISUALS department to work with you on any given project,

EVENTS (OFF SITE)

We provide both entertainment and technical services for private or corporate clients as well for our business partners and other companies working in the event production industry.
In the entertainment front, we provide a LIVE MUSIC BOOKING service, where you can book live music for events. We have a few in-house projects but also work with other talents.
On the technical side of things we provide full TECHNICAL SERVICE, either by itself if you already booked a talent or in tandem with projects you book from our in-house artist rooster.

We mainly do photo, video and drone work for clients ranging from creatives, private individuals and entrepreneurs running small businesses to bigger companies and organisations, however, we provide visuals that are tailored to grow businesses and drive product/service sales, through our experience in storytelling and a background in marketing management.
