LOCKOUTS
LOCKOUTS are available for production work, tour preparation and other related activities. These are temporary rentals where you can book consecutive time, setup all the gear you need, and work in a room only you have access to, for the duration of the booking.
You can work any number of hours, in any schedule you like, everyday from 10am-24pm.
Our production rooms are perfect for TOURING ARTISTS & BANDS preparing their next tour or important shows but we also welcome fellow freelance PRODUCERS working with clients or self-produced DIY BANDS that need an acoustically treated space, with balanced acoustics to compose, rehearse and make great sounding recordings.

— For bookings starting on a weekday that continue into the weekend, or vice-versa, daily rates are listed above.
— If you need to extend a lockout beyond the number of days you originally booked, as long as dates are still available, each additional day is charged at the listed rates — except for the last day of the extension, which is generally charged at the *“EXTRA DAY” rate.
If you add 1 extra day to a 4-day lockout, the 5th (last) day is charged at the ”extra-day” rate, or at the “weekday” rate if the lockout extension ends on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
If you add 2 extra days to a 4-day lockout, the 5th day is charged at the listed weekday/weekend rate and the 6th (last) day at the “extra-day” rate, or “weekday” rate if the lockout extension ends on a weekend.
— Extending a lockout is possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes, however, this is only possible if dates are still available, so please book enough time from the start and make sure to leave a good buffer to finish your work. You could have to tear down all your gear if you book a lockout for a day too short, especially since we may have other scheduled bookings to meet.
