Our PREMIUM rooms (E1/E2/E3) can comfortably fit a group of 6-12 people (maybe more) providing ample space for the ultimate experience in professional rehearsals. The BLACK ROOM (E4) is the largest of our STANDARD rooms. Designed to provide a comfortable and professional rehearsal experience, it’s a perfect fit for most 4 to 7-piece bands like a Jazz Quintet or a classic 4-piece Rock Band but it’s also great for smaller projects like a Rock Power Trio or an Acoustic Duo.

Recording rehearsals is a quick way to get an “audio snapshot” of where you are musically, making it easier to understand what works best and what doesn’t. It’s also a great way to improve songs during the songwriting process and elevate the quality of your work.
It’s equally useful anytime quality audio recordings are needed to promote projects, pitch them to potential clients or grow socials with short-form video like “shorts/reels/teasers” for Instagram and long-form video like “live music sessions” for Youtube. It’s also a simple and cost effective solution in comparison to producing a SINGLE, EP or ALBUM.
MULTI-TRACK RECORDING
In this session we listen critically to your multi-track audio, to reach an informed and thoughtful opinion about your music. We’ll look at composition, structure, arrangement, melody, metrics & lyrics and I’ll make suggestions about things you can work on or improve further.
While this short session is focused on understanding the overall feel of the music, it’ll unveil what the artistic vision is, the message you’re trying to convey and the sonic universe that best suits your identity. The idea here is to work the skills to boost your artistic growth and accelerate the pace at which you’re moving forward musically.

If you mean asking a friend to shoot a few clips for social media on your cell phone camera during a rehearsal you booked, sure, you can do that, no problem.
Make sure to mention @sentemente.co so people know where you did it :)If you need to film content professionally with a videographer or even with a video crew on a bigger production, we can also accommodate filming upon request.

VOUCHERS are a pack of 16, 24, 32, 40 HOURS (*or more upon request) for each room, that can be used MON-FRI from 10AM until closing.
There are 2 types → OFF-PEAK VOUCHER (even/odd hours, MON-FRI 10-18H) and STANDARD VOUCHER (even hours only, MON-FRI 18-02H).
Upfront payment saves you 10% on 16/24H and 15% on 32/40H vouchers over regular pricing so… MORE HOURS = BIGGER SAVINGS up to 25%
VOUCHER DURATION after purchase is as follows → (#HOURS / 4 = #MONTHS) meaning: 16H voucher = 4 months / 24H = 6 months / 32H = 8 months, etc…

This type of rental was primarily thought out for TOURING BANDS and FREELANCE PRODUCERS or DIY SELF-PRODUCED BANDS.
TOURING ARTISTS & BANDS → You can book a room for a few days, a week or longer, to prepare your next tour or put a new project together. Avoid the hassle of carrying stuff around all the time and having to setup & breakdown multiple times. Work on any day, at any time (within our business hours) while your booking lasts.
FREELANCE PRODUCERS & DIY SELF-PRODUCED BANDS → Our room-within-a-room spaces were built from the ground up with top notch isolation, custom made acoustic treatment and offer very well balanced acoustics for great sounding recordings for clients or your band’s production work.
Hit us up to arrange a visit. We have an array of options for you including access to additional music production equipment, photo and video services, among others.

Yes. We have a selection of gear that you can use for LESSONS, REHEARSALS & also during temporary ROOM LOCKOUT RENTALS for production work.
For rehearsals you can choose any piece of gear that’s already listed on the checkout page under EXTRAS and add it to the cart before you finish booking.
For production work lockout rentals you can also rent a handful of quality equipment but need to get in touch with us first to check for gear availability.MICROPHONES + PREAMPS + INSTRUMENTS + AMPLIFIERS → Hourly, daily and weekly rates available for each piece of equipment. NOTE: If you intend to use a specific piece of gear, let us know in advance to check its availability. It may be in use in our RECORDING STUDIO, on a service OFF-SITE or out for MAINTENANCE.
